is an electronic platform for operators of private healthcare facilities to apply for licences and request letter of exemption under the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 633). Operators of Small Practice Clinics may submit the request for letter of exemption and notice of intended change or cessation through e-Licensing.
