¹ Development Bureau's List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works (by selecting the following categories of installation in the reference website)

Air-conditioning Installation
Electrical Installation
Steam and Compressed Air Installation (List contained specialist contractors for supply & installation of medical gas system)

Other engineering trade associations (by direct contact with respective association for referral)

²Building Contractors for General Building Works or Minor Works (e.g. Demolition, Alteration and Addition Works)

Note:
¹ Each Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works shall appoint at least one qualified engineer in accordance with the requirement set out in the Contractor Management Handbook published by the Development Bureau.
² Different types and natures of Minor Works under the Minor Works Control System can be referred to the classification by the Buildings Department.
