Application for Renewal of Hospital Licence
The application for renewal of licence is opened at 6 months before the licence expires
How to apply
- Licensee shall apply for renewal of hospital licence not less than 3 months before the expiry of the licence
- Read the application form and the relevant form before application
- Fill in the application form through

- Duly sign the application form and the corresponding declaration form
- Submit all the documents listed in (4) to the Department of Health through electronic or paper channel
- Pay the application fee on or before the due date stated on the general demand note. Payment methods are specified on the general demand note
Fee
The application fee for renewal of hospital licence is HK$5,020
Validity Period of Licence
A renewed licence for a hospital is valid for a period of not more than 2 years
